Welcome to MoveStore Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our moving and storage services, including our website and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Service Description

MoveStore Pro provides moving and storage services for residential and commercial customers. Our services include but are not limited to local moving, packing/unpacking, furniture assembly/disassembly, and secure storage solutions.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1. Reservations: All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by MoveStore Pro.

3.2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your reservation.

3.3. Rescheduling: Schedule changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1. Quotes: All quotes are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary based on actual time, materials, and services required.

4.2. Payment Terms: Payment is due in full on the day of service unless other arrangements have been agreed upon in writing.

4.3. Accepted Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, and electronic transfers. Cash may be accepted in certain circumstances with prior arrangement.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1. Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate information regarding the scope of the move or storage needs.

5.2. Access: Customers must ensure adequate access to pickup and delivery locations, including parking for our vehicles.

5.3. Preparation: Items must be properly prepared for moving according to our guidelines provided prior to moving day.

6. Prohibited Items

Customers may not include hazardous materials, perishables, plants, animals, or illegal items in any moving or storage service. MoveStore Pro reserves the right to refuse to transport or store any item at our discretion.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1. Standard Coverage: Basic liability coverage is included in our standard rates.

7.2. Additional Insurance: We offer additional valuation coverage for an extra fee.

7.3. Claims: Any damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of service completion.

8. Cancellation Policy

8.1. Customer Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8.2. Company Cancellation: MoveStore Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances without penalty.

9. Storage Services

9.1. Access: Access to storage units is permitted during business hours only.

9.2. Term: Storage terms are monthly and will automatically renew until terminated by either party.

9.3. Abandonment: Items left in storage beyond 90 days after account delinquency may be considered abandoned and subject to disposal or auction.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Illinois.

11. Modifications to Terms

MoveStore Pro reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
